The main character of this book is Reno Williams, a former New York cop is trained martial arts who's study allows one super human abilities. Some of the abilities shown in the 1980's movie "Reno Williams" as running across water and swimming under water for an hour without surfacing.
Reno & his martial arts master work for a covert government agency C.U.R.E. C.U.R.E.'s headquarters disguised as an asylum for the insane, is raided by the IRS & DEA. The IRS seizes the building.
