Narration: great
Story: I've watched the 1960's movie version of this book so many times I've lost track. Needless to say I really enjoy the movie.
Hollywood didn't murder this book that bad when they made the screen play.
1. The riot in the movie was outsiders attacking the compound.
2. The compound in the movie was in the desert where it actually was in the forest of northern Michigan in the book.
3. Space ship take off in the movie was during the riot, where in the book they used the exhaust of the ship as a weapon to kill the attacking outsiders.
4. The two main characters in the movie were different in the book.
Hollywood didn't make a movie from book 2, After When World's Collide, but I just purchased it from Audible and will listen to it in a few weeks.
