Nice inexpensive motel. Free H.S. internet. Back in the early 90's it was a Howard Johnson Motel. I see the H.J. restaurant is closed and for sale. Within walking distance, McDonald's, Burger King, 7-11 convenience store. 1/2 to 3/4 mile behind the Burger King, Bay Valley Resort, fancy very expensive hotel, conference center, restaurant.
